About Me

I am a full time nurse, yoga instructor and holistic healer living in Toronto. My passion is to guide students towards creating inner peace while connecting to their breath. I strive to teach my students ways of becoming in tune with their body's needs while learning tools to stay grounded and calm in this busy world. I love using different modalities including Eastern and Western school's of thought to create a holistic inclusive healing environment.
