About Me

I first studied Ashtanga Yoga at the Yoga Passage in Calgary Canada. That led me to the study of Yoga Nidra. Then into the realm of Shamanic Studies in North America, Indonesia and Peru, and then into the study of Tantra Yoga in Ecuador.

In my classes, I love to take students on a journey of self-realisation, through the postures and into a more profound state of consciousness, whether it being through the means of vigorous asana practice, through the act of body asleep mind awake states, or with the steady beat of a shamanic drum.
