About Me

I am passionate about health and wellness, which complements my educational background in Psychology (B.A.) and work experience in Mental Health and also in Human Services. I also believe firmly in the humane treatment of animals, and care of the planet. My karma yoga classes (for practicum) raised funds for an animal rescue society, and I intend to do karma yoga classes throughout the year to continue supporting various causes. I volunteer and work part-time with an animal rescue as well.
