About Me
When I began practicing yoga I knew I wanted to share this gift almost immediately. I have spent my life working with people who experience trauma and could see the many benefits of yoga practice. So I here I am. Certified and ready to share the gift of yoga!
About My Service
I work primarily one to one with persons who have experienced trauma. I have been working with people who have brain injuries for over 25 years. Yoga is tailored to the individual. Yoga for every body. Yoga for you in the moment.
