About Me

I have been practicing yoga for about 3 years now after a serious medical mishap prevented my from continuing to run the Taekwondo academy I was running anymore. I fell in love with the healing aspect of yoga as I tried to recover and now would like to help heal others like yoga healed me.

About My Service

I am partnering with another Yoga instructor in opening a yoga studio called Aurora Sacred Healing Centre in The Pas, Manitoba where we hope to provide a sanctuary for other yoga/healing practitioners to work out of.
