About Me
Spiritual seeker from a very young age, blown wide open when movement, meditation and philosophy met on the yoga mat in 1993 with Susie Dias. The practice continues to hold my attention and serve my personal and now my professional life. I am at peace when I am sharing the profound depth and breadth of the yoga tradition with other seekers in yoga classes or in workshops or trainings. I enjoy traveling and seeing how yoga manifests around the world. I guess I am a bit of an anatomy geek and enjoy staying informed and participating in dialogue around what constitutes good exercise, sound philosophy and sacred traditions.
