About Me

I have lived in Ontario for over 10 years. I grew up in the prairies in Manitoba, so I love wide open spaces. I developed a love for Yoga, when introduced to Holy Yoga, a Christian approach to this amazing full body experience. I have been married to the best guy for almost 13 years and we have 3 awesome kids. My youngest shares this love of yoga with me, but from a very different lenses being only 4 years old, he makes it playful.
