About Me
Came to yoga in 2001. Completed my YTT 200 at YogaMonde in 2008-2009. Assisted my teacher Nicole Bordeleau in her YTT the following year 2009-2010. Started teaching in 2009 subbing for teachers and have been teaching full time since 2011. Did Integrative Yoga Therapy's (IYT) 300 hr program in 2011. Followed by a 100 hr Therapeutic Yoga training with Nicole Bordeleau in 2012. Completed Tari Prinster's y4C teacher training in 2014. Completed Yoga Thrive Teacher Training Program in September 2018. In May 2020, I completed KSIYT's 800 hr program and became a certified yoga therapist (C-IAYT). I have people living with cancer at heart and a big part of my teaching is focused on offering free classes to women battling breast cancer.
