About Me
After a work related accident, I was introduced to yoga, it completely changed my life. Having to deal with pain in my body every day I knew that yoga was my new way of life and deep down I knew I just had be a teacher to spread all of that goodness. but I didn’t have courage or the confidence to become one right away. I didn’t I could speak and teach in big classes. So I took a Thai yoga massage course. After a few months I just couldn’t do it everyday giving 3-4 massage per day was just way to mo much for my body. So after loosing everything in a house fire I decided that I was going become a yoga instructor (I actually took 6 courses of Thai yoga massage but only got certified for two because the paper work got burned)
I had my new house built in order to have room for 7 people to teach yoga, but now I have go elsewhere to teach because my house is just not big enough :-)
I love teaching yoga, opening people’s minds, bodies and hearts
So I am very thankful for that accident that still makes my body aches and also for that fire that pushed me into becoming what I am today.
