About Me

My goal is to teach others how to incorporate yoga as a lifestyle.To develop a meditation and movement practice you can stick to and grow with. I love the elements of Chinese medicine and how they relate to our seasons, this allows a playfulness within the practice I teach Vinyasa, Yin, meditation and mudras, and classes can include Thai yoga massage assists.
