About My Service

I offer a complete inward journey that combines all my teachings ancient and new that I have accumulated over the past years. This complete practice includes many aspects of yoga such as asana, Kriya, Meditation, Mantra, Mudra. My passion and very unique offering is the practice of mudras (Finger Postures).I also offer Yoga Therapy in a small group or one on one. I can be quite flexible as to the style of yoga I teach as I have a very diverse background.
