About Me

I was introduced to yoga around 10 years old. After an extended absence and several car accidents, I returned to Yoga and it's been my constant companion ever since. I'm curious and fascinated by all aspect of Yoga and thoroughly enjoy learning. When not practicing, teaching or in training, I enjoy reading, colouring, hiking, traveling and time spent with family and friends.
