About Me

I have been an Acupuncturist since 1993. I trained and practised in CA. I took classes in San Diego with Tim Miller and other teachers. I returned to Canada in 2001 after having a child. I Took a 500 hour YTT in 2007 in Picton which was not certified. I began to study online with Leslie, Gary and Susi. I took some workshops and knew this was my direction. I began to refine my practice to the principles of Viniyoga as taught by Desikachar. In my Acupuncture, I use the same principles and apply them to TCM. I also use Japanese Acupuncture theory.

About My Service

Viniyoga small groups and individuals. I use the Yoga Tune Up balls as I am a Certified YTU YT. My Practice as an Acupuncturist and my Viniyoga practice is breath-centric.
