About Me
I am a 62year old male who began my yoga practice as an evolution from Pilates which I was taking to strengthen my core as a solution to chronic back pain. Challenging at first, yoga called to me as I noticed a steady progression in my physical practice and the meditative aspects of yoga have come to bring balance into my life.
About My Service
I have been teaching in Sault Ste Marie at various schools for the past 5 years. I began with Power Yoga, and eventual certified in and teach Yin and Progressive Ashtanga (Rocket). I try to offer outdoors karma classes during the summer with donations going towards our local hospice ARCH.
