About Me

I just came back from a year in England, where I was teaching Yoga full time at an charity dedicated in spreading the benefits of Yoga to vulnerable people. While living in England, I was registered with Yoga alliance UK.

About My Service

I am teaching at various studios. I mostly teach dynamic Hatha and Vinyasa. I also teach Yin and more advanced classes. I also ran a few workshops on ckakras and arm balances.
