Asana Classes
Designed for four separate skill and preparedness levels of practice namely: Primary, Intermediate, Advanced and Cyclic.

Primary Level: The initial phase is to learn how to go through the correct form of selected asana as well as getting familiar with the benefits and limitations of those poses. This level of training course encompasses couple of simple movements to prepare the body for going through the key yoga asanas. During this level the body will get rid of its tensions, all joints and tendons will gain required flexibility to move on through the next levels. Muscles of the abdomen, legs and back will gradually become powerful enough to perform yoga poses.

Intermediate Level: The second step is to learn how to create correct contraction and stretching in a target muscle group and also getting familiar with new circumstances imposed on the body in each yoga posture. Concentrating on the muscular contraction and stretching, students will also learn the most important points about moving the body through each asana during the second level.

Advanced Level: The third phase is dedicated to increase the duration of pause in each asana as well as to improve general flexibility of the body. In this level students acquire profound knowledge about yoga asanas.
