About Me

I"m a chief officer of a new university in Vietnam. My previous life was as a professor of psychology at a small liberal arts and sciences university on the West Coast of Canada -- Quest University Canada. I'm incorporating meditation, grounding exercises, and now yoga into my classes in order to give students an opportunity build community, learn how to keep their shadow selves to themselves, and tools to deal with energetically charged situations.
