About Me

I am an experienced kids and adult yoga teacher, I started my journey with meditation which led me to practice other aspects of yoga. I am a big kid at heart and enjoy being active and creative with students, providing a safe and fun atmosphere for them to grow, learn and build confidence. Seeing the physical, emotional and spiritual benefits of yoga in my own practice my classes are full of compassion and strive to educate, motivate and make others smile.
