About Me
I have completed 7 teacher training courses (included both the primary and intermediate series) with the Ashtanga guru, Manju Pattabhi Jois and I have also received a primary series certificate from David Swenson. I have also been mentoring with Jody Manley of Ashtanga Halifax, where I currently teach, for the past four years. I have also completed workshops and retreats with Nancy Gilgoff, David Williams and Greg Tebb (Manju's assistant).
