About Me

I am the President of a Canadian Distribution company for products for Life Science Research called MJS BioLynx. I have recently created a new division called - MJS BioLynx Well Being to help our customers, employees, family and community to find balance and vitality in their busy lives. I have recently completed my third Chopra Center Certification so I am now a "Vedic Educator", a designation they give to those certified to teach their SSLYoga, Primordial Sound Meditation and Perfect Health - an Ayurvedic Life Style. These classes will be offered through our new division.

About My Service

Currently a volunteer yoga teacher at our Brockville Montessori school for a group of 16 little yogi's and for a group of about 18 teenagers for our local competitive swim club.
Private lessons offered for introduction to yoga and restorative.
