About Me

I am 59 years old & came to Svaroopa during a critical time in my life! It appears that this is what I was searching for & yearned for. I am a former ballet/dance teacher (trained at Ryerson Polytechnic in TO 1978-81).

About My Service

I am teaching 4 Svaroopa Yoga Classes per week in the Yoga & Wellness Room at the Deer Run Community Centre in Calgary & I also (occasionally) teach private lessons & give Embodyment Therapy in my home.
