About Me

I am a wife and mother of 2. I am a Trained Physio Therapist Assistant and work casual in a local facility. I have been practicing yoga for 8 years on and off but in the last year decided I wanted to take it further. I took my teacher training as a way to challenge myself, learn about all aspect of yoga but what I found was so much more. My goals starting the training was no necessarily to teach but to learn and then see what I wanted to to with it after. I've discovered that I have a lot to offer to yoga students. Yoga, all eight limbs, are a constant challenge for me but I've learnt that it will always be and should be a work in progress... and if its not... you are missing the whole point. I'm excited to share what i know and see others benefit as I have from the yoga journey.
