About Me
I come from a family of Yogis and healers. I have been on this path for most of my life having had the privilege of studying Bhaki, Jnana & Karma Yoga with my grand father & mother in Trinidad & Tobago, then Hatha etc more formally from the Art of Living Foundation in Canada. I am a Reiki Grandmaster and Quantum Touch Master. I am currently studying Ayurveda with a view to combining my different gifts into a holistic practice & building my own center in the Caribbean or North America.
About My Service
Marma Chikitsa, Reiki, Quantum Touch, Chakra Balancing, Aura Cleansing, Tibetan Vibrational Massage, Hatha, Yin, Chair, Sukshma, Ayur & Laughter Yoga. I also teach my children Bhaki, Jnana, Karma & Raj Yoga but i am not "certified" as such, i follow what has been taught to me by my family as they were also taught by their elders :)
