About Me
I am a passionate student of yoga as well as a naturopathic doctor. I live in Burlington with my husband and 2 boys. I enjoy reading, cooking, hiking, skiing, and being outside in nature. I hope to combine yoga instruction with my naturopathic practice to enhance my patients' journeys to better health. I teach yoga and mindfulness to children in their schools and I also teach community classes that combine hatha, vinyasa, and restorative elements to my classes.
