About Me

Yoga has been part of my personal wellness journey for the last 12 years. I have studied yoga (Ashtanga, Classical Hatha, Anusara, Yin, Restorative), Thai Massage, Qi Gong, and Meditation for my own growth and have had the great fortune to be able to share with others in both my personal and professional communities.

In 2018 I pilgrimaged for 3 weeks in India. The experience of being with the Indian people, visiting Hindu and Buddhist historical sites, and walking the paths of many wise yogis, brought me both great challenges and much joy.

I continue to grow my yoga practice and look forward to upcoming opportunities to expand my community offerings.

About My Service

Classical Hatha Yoga, Chair Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Mindfulness

Yogaplay: Over the last few years I have studied yoga and mindfulness for early learners and as a result I have created a family yoga program called yogaplay that I teach to children under 8 years accompanied by adult(s) in their lives. Yogaplay is a fun intergenerational-oriented program that blends music, movement and nature with the traditional practice of yoga. It is a storied and dynamic journey to yoga island which promotes inclusivity, adaptability and a sense of interconnectedness. The characters, activities and themes are designed to direct attention and facilitate physical skills such as balance, strength and body awareness and emotional intelligence such as gratitude, compassion and acceptance. The yogaplay story invites different ways of knowing and being, which over time fosters new and exciting ways to play and communicate together.
