About Me

I have been teaching yoga, meditation and various workshops for the past 7 years. I lived at Kripalu for a year and taught on their yoga team for 3 years. I also ran the Kripalu School of Bodywork. I am a teacher and social worker and enjoy the variety of working in different mileus.
