About Me

With over 30 years of personal practice and 27 years of teaching experience, my work is rooted in a deep respect for yoga as a holistic path to wellbeing. I am passionate about supporting people in cultivating balance, resilience, and awareness—both on and off the mat.

My teaching is informed by the Krishnamacharya lineage and shaped by years of study with teachers such as Mark Whitwell, Shiva Rea, Stephen Cope, Todd Norian, David Swenson, and Dr. Bali. I view yoga as a practical, lived experience—one that supports nervous system health, embodied presence, and a more conscious, compassionate way of moving through daily life.

I am also the author of Home Within, a recently published book that explores 9 gateways to health, healing, and happiness. The book guides us to tap into our own inner intelligence to reconnect with a harmonious home within oneself.

It is my intention to inspire and educate students to reconnect with their innate wisdom, develop sustainable wellness practices, and experience yoga as a supportive lifestyle rather than a performance-based discipline.

About My Service

I offer mindful, breath-centered yoga practices that blend Kripalu and Vinyasa principles, honoring both structure and intuition. My classes emphasize the intelligent linking of breath and movement to support physical alignment, nervous system regulation, and mental clarity, while creating space for self-inquiry and ease.

Drawing from the yamas and niyamas, I integrate practical philosophy into movement and stillness, guiding students toward self-observation without judgment and a deeper respect for individual needs and limitations. My approach is inclusive, adaptive, and rooted in the belief that yoga should meet the student where they are.

In addition to yoga instruction, I offer complementary services including posture therapy, post-injury rehabilitation support, and wellness coaching, providing a comprehensive, integrative approach to health, healing and happiness.
