About Me

I am an Elementary School Teacher in Edmonton and currently teach grade 2. I have been incorporating yoga and prana techniques into sports I coach in school and with my own class to help them release stress, or for an indoor recess or gym activity.
I started yoga over six years ago when I tried Bikram, and did Bikram religiously for years until I stumbled upon Vinyasa Flow. I love the challenge of the different postures and the freedom to theme your class with your sequence. I love spreading my enthusiasm of yoga with my friends and elementary students!

I have ben teaching 75 and 90 minute Vinyasa Flow public classes.
