About Me
In 2013 I shifted to a new spiritual path in my life (sons growing up and moving out, re-discovering my true passions!). I registered for YTT certification and became a certified Usui Reiki Practitioner. In the last several months I have started my business "Spirit Within Wellness Services", am a registered member of the Canadian Reiki Association, and the Canadian Yoga Alliance.
