About Me

Nancy has been practising yoga for more than 14 years and has been attending classes at Now n Zen since it opened. Inspired by her own experiences in yoga, she completed her 220 hour yoga teacher training in June 2014. Nancy has worked as a broadcaster with the CBC for more than 25 years, in Whitehorse, Winnipeg (her hometown), Toronto and Charlottetown. Her classes feature pranayama (breathing), energizing flows, balancing poses and a soothing savasana. Nancy and her son Tristan live in Stratford.
