About Me

Hello,
During my masters of counselling program, I took a course in health psychology and as a challenge to myslef i decided to better my life by taking up yoga regularly. I loved it so much that I became a teacher and have been trying to incorporate my psychology and counselling background into my yoga classes. As a result, i believe that my classes are much more person centered and not simply movements through different asanas. I taught in mississauga, dubai, and am now in montreal and hoping to begin teaching here as well.
