I am a clinical social worker and registered yoga teacher who loves to explore the powerful wisdom of our bodies, hearts and minds. I am deeply committed to creating spaces where folks can reconnect with body, mind, and soul in whatever ways fit for them.

About My Service

I aim to provide gentle yoga services designed to help folks reconnect with and build trust with, their inner wisdom. I am trauma informed, and am passionate about supporting folks who need a safer space to explore their yoga practice or fully express their identity. I tend to be a good fit for folks who experience hyper-mobility, chronic pain, and neuro-diversity, and am often considering how to ensure my practice is accessible and inclusive of all bodies.
