About Me

I currently reside upon the unceded territory of the Blackfoot Confederacy. I am a clinical social worker and registered yoga teacher who loves to explore the powerful ways in which the body and mind intersect.

About My Service

I aim to provide gentle yoga services designed to help folks more fully integrate mental and emotional wellness into their yoga spaces. All classes are trauma informed, and are intended to support folks who are struggling with body acceptance, anxiety, depression or C-PTSD. I offer both private and small group sessions starting in September.
