Being an Holistic Health practitionner at St-Lazare, Qc I have been offering complementary health care to my community since 2011. My services have expanded to meet the needs of people who take an active role in their own health care. Maintaining health is what I refer to as "health care". I believe that achieving and maintaining optimum health includes a balanced and committed approach on three levels: Body, Mind and Spirit by offering a wide range of natural healing modalities that integrate all three.
