About Me
I have been a management executive all my life and found Yoga necessary to relieve stress. I am also a Reiki Master and a Professional Coach. I teach Business courses on a sessional basis.
About My Service
Twenty years in the education field significantly contribute to an excellent Yoga experience. Classes offered include Gentle and Mixed Level Yoga. I received my training from Valery Petrich who was trained by BK S Iyengar.
