About My Service
Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Yin, Restorative, Post-Natal, and Chair Yoga for local health professional groups and for general public at neighbourhood studios; 10th summer teaching YOGA on the BEACH to 200+ students of all ages and abilities at two local parks, by donation, to raise awareness of yoga in our community, to introduce newcomers to the practice, and to raise funds for worthy local charitable organizations ($6,000 last summer).
