About Me
I live in Kelowna BC and teach a variety of class styles and private session including Yoga Tune Up®️,Rolling therapy, yoga, both floor and Aireal yogaI work with a diverse group of people from teenagers to seniors leading classes designed to help move and feel better in their bodies.
My personal time is spent hiking my dog, yoga practice, weight training and spending time with friends and family.
