About Me
I bring over two decades in wellness and education, blending movement, mindfulness, and breath as pathways to presence. Originally from Australia, I found my anchor in movement at sixteen and have built my career around it since.
I hold a four-year Kinesiology degree and a Physical & Health Education specialist through York University, where I've trained future educators, and I currently lead a Specialist High Skills Major (SHSM) in Fitness and Wellness for senior students. As a canfitpro PRO Trainer, I've certified hundreds in personal training, group fitness, and wellness, and I hold 1,000+ hours of yoga and meditation education as a Yoga Alliance YACEP provider. I'm also a HeartMath Certified Trainer through the Coherence Advantage™ program.
I've facilitated international retreats and led a phys-ed AQ for a Toronto university in Greece. My deepest insight came not from credentials but from stillness — injury and exhaustion taught me to return to the breath, not to escape life but to meet it. My meditations aren't about performance or perfection; they're about presence, and remembering what already lives within you
About My Service
I run a 100-hour Meditation Teacher Training rooted in HeartMath and drawing on mindfulness, along with both receptive and active meditation techniques. The training includes the RISE-SET Method — a structured, repeatable practice moving through grounding, breath, stillness, intention, and appreciation — all built to bring meditation off the cushion and into real life. Practical and accessible for individuals as well as school and organizational settings, delivered in-person and online.
