About Me

I first received my teaching accreditation while living in Hawaii. My first job as a yoga instructor was teaching in Hawaii, under the mentorship of Patricia Carrera. I have recently moved back to Montreal and am excited to continue my yoga teacher journey here, and with Oxygen Yoga!
