About Me
I am a graduate in Arts and a certified yoga practitioner, having completed my diploma in Yoga from Andhra University. Yoga is not just something I teach—it is a meaningful part of my everyday life. I am passionate about sharing its benefits with students of all age groups, creating a space where everyone feels comfortable, supported, and motivated.
Originally from Andhra Pradesh and now living in Ontario, I bring together traditional values and a modern, inclusive approach to my teaching. Being a mother of two has taught me the importance of balance, patience, and self-care—something I deeply relate to and share with my students.
Beyond yoga, I enjoy traveling and cooking, both of which bring me joy and creativity. Exploring new places keeps me inspired, while cooking allows me to care for my family through healthy meals.
For me, yoga is more than just physical practice—it’s about finding harmony in life. I aim to help others feel more balanced, calm, and connected through simple, mindful practices.
About My Service
For the past six years, yoga has been more than just my profession—it has been my way of connecting with people and helping them feel better in their bodies and minds. I have had the privilege of teaching nearly 500 students, each with their own story, goals, and challenges, which has shaped my approach into one that is warm, flexible, and deeply personal.
My teaching is rooted in traditional Hatha Yoga, where I focus on breath, alignment, and awareness. At the same time, I love bringing in the energy of Vinyasa and Ashtanga to create classes that feel both grounding and uplifting. I offer both online and offline sessions, making sure that wherever my students are, they feel guided, supported, and connected.
I also specialize in prenatal yoga, working gently with expecting mothers to help them stay comfortable, calm, and prepared for this beautiful phase of life. My therapeutic yoga sessions are tailored carefully for individuals who need a more personalized approach, whether for recovery, stress relief, or overall well-being.
Working with different age groups has been one of the most fulfilling parts of my journey. I have conducted kids’ summer yoga camps filled with fun, movement, and creativity, helping children build confidence and focus. At the same time, my chair yoga sessions for senior citizens are designed with care, helping them stay active, improve mobility, and feel more independent.
For me, yoga is not just about poses—it’s about feeling balanced, peaceful, and strong from within. My goal is to make every student feel comfortable, valued, and inspired to continue their journey, both on and off the mat.
