About Me

I'm a woman, wife, mom, in a house full of boys. I quit my job 2 years ago when my son got diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes at 12 years old. I care for him and the rest of the family. During these highs and lows maneuvering through the daily changes in my personal life I choose to move back into yoga as a tool to help reduce stress and an opportunity has come about for me to share these asanas with others to share stress management through yoga.
