About Me

I am a mom to two amazing adult children and a big loveable dog, a wife to a great guy with terrible dad jokes, and a dedicated health and wellness advocate. I am also a CEO for a provincial health charity and have worked in the charitable sector for 30 years. Fun fact: I am also a marriage commissioner! My love of yoga began when I was a competitive swimmer and used meditation for injury recovery and competition preparation and grew to a lifetime of passion for exercise - running, yoga, swimming, hiking and trying new things!
