About Me
I am a yoga teacher, entrepreneur, and former high-level athlete who believes deeply in the power of discipline, endurance, and community. My journey in sport shaped the foundation of who I am today. I was honored to become a three-time French champion in beach volleyball, Quebec champion, and a Canadian All-Star athlete indoor volleyball. These experiences taught me resilience, mental focus, and the importance of dedication.
Over time, I chose to bring that same endurance and determination into the world of yoga. Today, I put that athletic discipline at the service of my students, helping them discover their own strength, confidence, and capacity to grow.
I founded and developed a network of yoga studios, IDOLEM, where thousands of students can experience dynamic and accessible classes. Through this growing community, we offer teacher trainings, mentorship programs, and immersive yoga retreats designed to deepen practice and create meaningful transformation.
My passion is not only to teach yoga but to inspire others to build a life around it. Whether guiding a student through their first class or mentoring future teachers, my goal is to help people turn their practice into a source of strength, balance, and purpose in their everyday lives.
About My Service
When I teach to students, i teach hot yoga and mindful movement practices designed to strengthen both body and mind. My classes combine traditional yoga principles with modern functional training, breathwork, and mobility work.
The approach emphasizes physical intensity, mental focus, and inner awareness. Through guided sequences of postures (asanas), controlled breathing (pranayama), and relaxation practices, students develop strength, flexibility, balance, and emotional regulation.

When I teach teacher trainings, my focus goes far beyond simply transmitting a sequence of postures. I concentrate on the subtle details that transform a yoga instructor into a truly inspiring teacher. This includes voice guidance, presence in the room, clarity of cues, class structure, safety, and the ability to read the energy of students.
I also teach future instructors to understand what studios and students are truly looking for: reliability, professionalism, empathy, and the capacity to create an experience that students want to return to again and again. A great teacher is not only technically skilled but also capable of building trust, community, and enthusiasm around their classes.
My goal is to help trainees transform their TTC (Teacher Training Course) into a real, passionate profession. I guide them to step confidently into the role of a teacher who can inspire students, contribute meaningfully to a studio community, and build a sustainable career doing what they love.
Through this approach, trainees learn not only how to teach yoga, but how to become teachers that students remember, respect, and follow.
