About Me

I am originally from Canada and teach personal and spiritual development.
I accompany people all over the world, both online and in person, and I also lead guided meditation sessions and follow-up meetings on Zoom.

My journey has led me to study several approaches related to wellness, including naturopathy, massage therapy, hypnosis, and various traditions of Eastern medicine such as Chinese, Vietnamese, and Ayurvedic medicine. I am also a yoga teacher.
