About Me

I am a long-time seeker. I practiced different movement, healing modalities (Yoga, Tai Chi, Qigong, Nia, Tribal Dance, and Taekwondo) before becoming wholly devoted to Yoga. Yoga is where I felt safe to land and make it my entire life. I am eternally grateful for Yoga, Ayurveda and Tantra and love to share it with others.
