About Me

I came in contact with yoga and Vedic philosophie a long time ago in colege. I was a monk for some time. Then, i did some exploration into Kung fu, Tai chi and Chi gong. I have a black belt in Kong fu. Later i did swich to yoga, that was more in line with my nature, since i was already practicing Bhakti Yoga. Then, i went deeper into Hatha Yoga and develop the desir to share it. Yoga give my so much. I'm passionate of the knowledge of Bhagavad Gita and other vedic scripture. I'm lacto-vegetarian, Ahimsa is very important to me, like the others Yama and Niyama.
