About Me

I started my yoga journey in 2018, quickly learning that yoga connected me not only to my body, but to mind, spirit, and community as well.
Yoga is a gift that supported me through injury, chronic pain, surgeries, and recovery. Now ‘at home’ in my body, I seek to be the bridge for others to come home to theirs.
