About Me
Newly Certified teacher, with a career background of TV Production. I made the decision to leave that career this summer and focus on more time to do the things I love. I am a lover of the outdoors and feel a strong connection to the ocean. I am continuously curious and enjoy learning, and want to expand my yoga teaching experience
About My Service
I am a newly Certified yoga Teacher (200hrs) with additional certificate in Yin and Childrens yoga. I am teaching a variety of classes, but my passion is to create more individual classes focussed on individual needs, centered on mobility and restoration. My classes are varied but often included extended sections for yin poses, meditation and breathwork. I also Tailor classes for specific needs, and have recently achieved my children's yoga certificate so hope to begin teaching childrens classes soon. I am also studying for my certification in prenatal and restorative yoga as continuing learning.
