About Me
I began practicing yoga at five and have stayed dedicated to it throughout my life. From a young age, I performed in seminars, events, charity programs, and yoga championships, including demonstrations designed to inspire children with autism. I also competed in provincial, national, and world yoga championships, earning multiple national titles in Iran and three world medals.
My studies have taken me to India several times, where I completed courses in sound healing, Ayurveda, breathwork, and massage therapies. I have been teaching yoga for the past seven years, offering classes for children, parents, private students, studios, and international community groups. I’m passionate about the philosophy of yoga and sharing its physical, mental, and energetic benefits with others.
About My Service
I offer Hatha, Vinyasa yoga with an emphasis on alignment, breathwork, energy healing, and performance-based practice. My classes integrate mindfulness, focused asana technique, and elements of sound healing and Ayurveda to support both physical and energetic balance. I teach private sessions, group classes, children’s yoga, and workshops for all levels.
