About Me

I did my training 8 years ago, since then I have become a mom of 2 little boys and been home with them. I am transitioning back to working in the world by teaching 2 flow classes Saturday mornings in my community. I am very excited, yoga has been so transformative for me, I hope I can pass my love of yoga on to others.
