About Me

I am passionate about healing and reawakening the power that is in all of us, to begin to walk true on your soul's path. I spend most of my spare time with my animals, connecting to the land. I am working towards becoming an equine facilitated healer, using the healing power and strength of horses to allow people to open up and allow energy to flow in their lives. I love hiking and exploring, travelling and adventuring as much as I can!

About My Service

I offer various different styles of yoga, largely focused on the chakra system and energy. With my 500hour teacher training from Pyramid Yoga in Thailand, along with my Master Reiki, and Traditional Thai Massage, I offer a blend of techniques to open and balance the chakras and bring the body and mind back into alignment. With a large focus on the breath and energetic frequency of the body I help others move through pain and back into harmony. I offer individual Thai Massage and reiki sessions, as well as yoga classes. From pranayama, mantra, yantra, Bhakti, restorative, vinyasa, karma, laya, jnana, yin, iyenga, chakra and prenatal.
